About the position: Back-End Developer responsible for the development of backend components and works closely with CTO We expect the candidate to have the qualifications of VNGRS team. Responsibilities ● Working closely with QA and making sure that everything that goes into production is sane and goes with VNGRS’ quality standards ● Designing and implementing code changes ● Implementing unit test and integration tests ● Collaborating with product teams to ideate, prioritize, and design features that deliver the best experience and most value to our customers ● Being personally ambitious, energetic, and willing to “carry the flag” ● Conducting code reviews with colleagues in the team ● Collaborating with other teams for an end to end integration Qualifications ● Minimum of 3 years of Java experience ● Hands-on development expertise in JAVA/Spring and SpringBoot ● Hands-on experience in Web services development (REST, SOAP) ● Experience utilizing CI/CD (Continuous Integration & Delivery) techniques ● Experience and passion for developing secure web applications ● Knowledge and experience with RDBMSs and NoSQL Datastores ● Experience in the regulated financial organization is a plus ● Experience in containerized software application development is a plus ● Experience in Microservices Architecture is a plus ● Experience in Test Driven Development and Agile Methodologies in both a co-located and a distributed team environment is a plus ● Fluent in English language ● Bonus: Experience on any cloud system, eg. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Oracle Cloud
